    Thank you for sharing. I recently started menaupause at 42. I love it contrary I guess to what most women feel. Though i wasn’t sure of one side effect sleep loss and I see this is the 3 symptom I have.

    At 41 menopause–made me really sick—almost disablity (previous diagnosis depression/anxiety). Menopause had me even going to a neurologist for an MRI of the head–the neurologist said brain atrophy (which I am now afraid of alzhemiers. I was better before menopause–now I can’t manage my life.
